What Do Volunteers Do? Volunteers lead group coaching sessions and track client progress at sites in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens, as well as help customers access credit reports, create household budgets, and apply for public benefits.
Are Volunteers Trained? Volunteers undergo an intensive training to conduct group workshops, tax preparation, and other volunteer roles.
When and for How Long Do Volunteers Serve? Apart from group workshops, most volunteer duties can be performed during regular workings hours, or evenings at home. Volunteers are asked to make a six-month commitment
