Technical Assistance
The Clinic uses a highly customizable approach to integrating comprehensive financial development services into the fabric of an organization by gaining both a deep understanding of an organization’s mission and culture as well as its workflow, audience, and outcomes. This approach ensures that the end-product and its implementation are responsive to the organization’s needs.
As a result of this technical assistance and training, the Clinic scales financial development services, and creates greater impact for the organization's mission. For example, in work we did with New York City's Workforce1 system, not only did career coaches exponentially open new bank accounts and start new savings, but the impact of workforce outcomes was improved as well.
